Terms
Clear terms keep the work moving.
Service scope
Services may include web engineering, optimization, automation, experience design, video, graphic design and consulting. The proposal or written task brief defines the deliverables for each engagement.
Service blocks and prepayment
Targeted, Strategic and Integrated blocks are prepaid in full and remain valid for 12 months from purchase. Large or high-complexity scopes may require a separate proposal.
Fixed-scope sprints
Sprint pricing is a starting point. Final investment, deliverables, dependencies and timing are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Revisions
Each task includes up to two rounds of refinement unless the proposal states otherwise. A change that materially alters the approved direction may require additional hours or a revised scope.
Client responsibilities
Timely access, content, approvals and consolidated feedback are required. Delays exceeding five business days may move the work to the next available production window.
Communication
Official communication is centralized through email or the agreed project workspace. Extensive unscheduled consultation is deducted from the hour balance or quoted separately.
Payment
Standard hourly work is invoiced bi-weekly. Prepaid blocks and sprint deposits must be settled before work begins. Invoices unpaid after 14 days are subject to the late terms stated on the invoice or proposal.
Cancellation
Unused prepaid block hours are non-refundable but may be credited toward future services within their validity period. Completed work is reconciled at the standard hourly rate.
Third-party costs
Hosting, subscriptions, usage charges, licensed assets, paid plugins and other third-party fees are not included unless expressly listed.
AI and data
Any AI-enabled feature is scoped around approved tools and information sources. The client remains responsible for reviewing outputs, confirming privacy requirements and approving production use.
Ownership
Upon final payment, the client receives the usage rights specified in the proposal for finalized deliverables. Raw working files, reusable internal systems and pre-existing code remain SLED property unless negotiated in writing.
Availability
Work is scheduled in confirmed production windows. Daily or after-hours availability is not implied unless the proposal expressly includes it.
